Terms and Conditions of Zellapo Online Marketplace
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zellapo Online Marketplace website (the "Website") and the services provided by Zellapo Limited ("Zellapo," "we," "us," or "our"), an online marketplace based in Zambia. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

a. The Website enables users to browse, buy, and sell various goods, products, and services ("Goods") offered by third-party sellers ("Sellers") through the online platform provided by Zellapo.

a. In order to access certain features of the Website, including the ability to purchase Goods, you may be required to register for an account. 3. Buying and Selling Goods
a. Zellapo acts as a facilitator of transactions between Buyers and Sellers on the Website. When you purchase Goods through the Website, you are entering into a transaction directly with the Seller.
b. Zellapo does not own, control, or endorse any of the Goods listed on the Website, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of such Goods. We are not responsible for any transactions or disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
4. Content and Conduct
a. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations, infringing upon the rights of others, or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
b. You are solely responsible for any content that you submit, post, or display on the Website, including product listings, reviews, comments, and messages. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content.

a.
